About Our Class Offerings
Our schedule reflects a balanced approach to martial arts development, featuring:
- Jeet Kune Do programs (striking, trapping, grappling & aerobic conditioning)
- Traditional & modern striking arts including Wing Chun, Thai Boxing, and
- Savate-influenced kickboxing
- Filipino martial arts through Kali / Eskrima and Balintawak
- Indonesian Silat emphasizing flow, structure, and close-range adaptability
- Private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & grappling training
- Open class sessions for hands-on refinement and attribute development
Each class contributes to self-defense preparation, physical conditioning, coordination, and confidence.
