Our schedule reflects a balanced approach to martial arts development, featuring:


  • Jeet Kune Do programs (striking, trapping, grappling & aerobic conditioning)
  • Traditional & modern striking arts including Wing Chun, Thai Boxing, and
  • Savate-influenced kickboxing
  • Filipino martial arts through Kali / Eskrima and Balintawak
  • Indonesian Silat emphasizing flow, structure, and close-range adaptability
  • Private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & grappling training
  • Open class sessions for hands-on refinement and attribute development


Each class contributes to self-defense preparation, physical conditioning, coordination, and confidence.
